One fifth of TradeFlow — a five-person AI consulting team

About me

The person behind TradeFlow.

I'm Amadou Jennings, 18 — one fifth of TradeFlow, a five-person AI consulting team. What I do is find the places where AI genuinely saves a business money, and hands a few hours back to the person who owns it.

Most people who don't work with AI find it intimidating, and that's fair — it's usually sold to them as either magic or a threat. It's neither. It's a tool, and the value is entirely in where you point it. Aimed at one specific, expensive problem, it's the difference between a business that keeps moving and one that quietly falls behind.

TradeFlow exists because most local trades aren't losing jobs to better competitors — they're losing them to a phone they can't answer, an enquiry that sat for two days, and a quote that nobody ever chased. The work is unglamorous: pick up faster, follow up properly, ask for the review, go back to the people you already paid for.

how we work

  1. 01We identify.
  2. 02We diagnose.
  3. 03We solve.

That's the whole method. Find what's actually costing you, work out why it's happening, then put the fix in and make sure it holds.

The rules the work runs on

Nothing sits unanswered

A lead that waits is a lead that's gone. Everything I build starts from that one fact.

I won't oversell it

The AI phone agent will not sound indistinguishable from a human on every call. Better you hear that from me than find out on a customer's call.

Diagnosis before solution

Find the leak first, then fix it. If the diagnosis shows you don't need me, that's a useful answer too.
